- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The overall cost includes all billable hours, which encompasses time spent not only working in design programs, but also (and not limited to): consulting with clients, communication & emails, consulting, revising designs, uploading work, downloading assets, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to interface with clients and find out their overall goals for the product they are creating. Then, I relate those goals to what users want and begin brainstorming & researching design directions. I communicate as much or as little as the client desires, and work hard to hit deadlines. I understand the process of revision, and I accept and give feedback very well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Web Design and Interactive media from the Art Institute. I have a number of years in sales and marketing and I know how to create designs that are not only visually stunning, but that are also compelling and drive sales. I've worked with major brands like Oakley, Google, and Carl's Jr. – as well as hundreds of small-medium sized businesses!
