I have interest in property near Bishop, and was planning a meeting near San Francisco to discuss it. InyoEye was able to photograph the property, with camera and drone, which met my needs better than a survey could have. With the drone photos specifically, I was able to learn more about a familiar property and present photos in a meeting without having to drive from Bishop to San Francisco. Will use them again.

Thanks so much for the review. It was an interesting project for me and a pleasure to work with you. I hope to see one of your installations some time!

Working with Inyo Eye was a great experience. I asked for quality SOV, and they totally delivered. They have terrific vision and excelled at translating my vague wish-list into a beautiful reality. They're sensitive artistically and produced a stellar product. I'd recommend them for any project. Ask for Wagon.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically estimate project pricing based on an hourly rate and project complexity, but often offer discounts on larger projects or bundled services (ex. real estate photos + drone photo/video).
For new customers, I charge 25% of the project estimate upon booking, 25% (7) days prior to the scheduled date, and 50% upon complete delivery of the booked service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial exchange of messages through Thumbtack, I appreciate speaking with customers over the phone to get a better understanding of their project so I can quote it accurately. I like to nail down dates/times as quickly as possible so I can get it set on my (rather busy) calendar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an FAA certified UAS (drone) pilot and have a professional background in project and business management. As a small business owner, I focus on people, relationships, and quality work.
