So thankful my husband and I came across Bruce to be our photographer at our wedding. Not only did he do an amazing job but he's an awesome guy to talk to and work with! You'll have no regrets what so ever having Bruce as your photographer. My husband and I will keep in touch with Bruce with future pics of our family! Thanks Bruce!!!Oct 6, 2017Verified
Family Portrait Photography
We loved Bruce!! We went to Mammoth for the holiday weekend and last minute thought it would be great to do family photos for Christmas! Bruce was very accommodating for our last minute request and pick a beautiful area. He even had the photos back to us that evening! I would HIGHLY recommend Bruce for your photos. We cant wait to come back and do another shoot during summer.Nov 30, 2016Verified
Bruce was great and we will be sure to book another session with him whenever we visit the Mammoth area again. Highly recommend Bruce Willey PhotographyJan 19, 2017Verified
Wedding and Event Photography
Bruce is the most down-to-earth guy my husband and I have met. He made us feel so comfortable and was so helpful from our first conversation to our last pictures on our wedding day. He is by far the most creative photographer and will do anything to get that perfect shot. He has a GoPro Mount for dogs, so our dogs we’re incolved in our wedding and we got footage from them. We are so grateful we found Bruce as he is not only an amazing photographer but an awesome guy who we would love to collaborate again with in the future. Some quotes from our guests: “You’re photographer is amazing!” “I got a picture of your photographer on floor taking pictures, he will do anything for the best shot!”Aug 27, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to remain reasonable. Weddings are a ton of work, both prep, during the event, and especially afterwards doing post-production. So I charge accordingly. For a quick portrait session I can usually do everything in a few hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Generally I tell them to take a look at my website to get an idea of my style, substance, and methodology. If it matches what they are looking for than we move on. But I am incapable of being a salesman, much to my detriment. BUt I would rather develop long relationships with people rather than make quick easy sales.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a photography major in college for a very long time while supporting myself through school. These were the great days of darkrooms and chemicals, all of which I loved.
