Tom did a variety of work for me on a condo renovation, installing new LVP flooring, bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinets, custom butcher block countertop, baseboard, door trim, garbage disposal, kitchen and bathroom faucets, and paint. He did great work overall, especially in light of the time constraints involved. As is inevitable in construction, some minor things needed correction, and he was swift in addressing and also credited me for the time. As a bonus, he also gave me pointers along the way on how to keep costs down and even provided clear tutorials on how to do some things myself, saving me a lot of money. Communication and responsiveness was top rate, as was his reliability. He is a true pro, and I give him my highest recommendation.
