- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of real estate service needed, the property, and the client's situation. I always discuss pricing, fees, and any potential costs upfront to avoid surprises. For buyers and sellers, compensation and services details are explained clearly and agreed to in writing before moving forward. I understand that every client's situation is different, so I'm open to discussing options that make sense for your needs. My goal is to provide honest communication, helpful guidance, and professional service while making sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick conversation to understand the customer's goals, timeline, budget, and main priorities. I also like to learn what they are hoping to accomplish, whether they are looking to buy, sell, do both at once, or simply explore their options. From there, I explain the next steps in a clear and simple way. For buyers, that may include reviewing their price range, discussing financing, connecting them with a lender if needed, and helping them search for homes that fit their needs. For sellers, that may include reviewing the property, looking at comparable homes, discussing pricing strategy, and preparing a plan to market the home. I focus on keeping the process organized and easy to understand. I stay in communication, answer questions, and guide each customer step by step so they feel informed and comfortable before making decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate professional (DRE #02249958) and have completed the required education and training to practice real estate in California. My background includes real estate principles, contracts, disclosures, agency relationships, property valuation, fair housing, and the home buying and selling process. I also continue learning through hands-on experience, brokerage guidance, market research, and working with clients in real situations. I believe it is important to stay informed on current real estate practices, local market trends, and the steps needed to help buyers and sellers make confident decisions.
