Pablo is a nice person to work. He has an extensive professional accounting knowledge. During 2013, he established our business accounting records and transferred all our manual business transactions of 18 months to QuickBooks. He implemented and trained us in QuickBooks desktop. A few months later he moved our QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks Online. Now, we can enter our business transactions from any location. He also incorporated our business in California. He helps us to organize our financial reports according to our logistics and transportations business in Mexico and the USA. Now, we can monitor our expenses and revenue in great detail. He not only knows what is doing, but also explained me how and why I need to record transactions and how we can use our reports to make better decisions about our business. He also prepares our payroll and pays our payroll taxes. If I have questions, I just email him and he reply to me in the same day. Over the past 2 years, Pablo has helped me to become more self-sufficient with QuickBooks. He reviews our monthly transactions, reconciles our bank accounts, and explains our financial reports. We are beginning to prepare our budgets to help us grow and manage our business better.

I've become a big believer in letting the experts be the experts. The more I delegate tasks I'm not good at to the pros who are the more time I have to spend on what I'm actually good at. Bookkeeping and accounting is nowhere near my unique ability which is why I'm so happy I found Pablo. He reminds me to let the pros be the pros. Pablo has all of the current expertise demanded to use the multiple software platforms, he has the years of experience as an accountant which make him so knowledgeable, and what I like most is his ability to explain it all in way that I can understand. Which probably explains his role as a teacher and is the biggest indicator of his value. When you can explain something complicated to anyone you truly understand your craft. Pablo has served as our accounting expert in our monthly Accounting for Startups event. He has shown himself to be knowledgeable, personable, and adaptable to a variety of questions. Moreover, he is reliable and patient. Although Pablo has experience with larger businesses, he has also taken a personal interest in helping foster entrepreneurship and startups in South Bay San Diego, and understands some of the unique issues for small businesses and startups.
