- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for multiple walks a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a new client signup process online where they make their own pet portal account where we get their name, address, phone number and their pets get their own profile pages to talk about feedings and anything else we need to know. Our pet portal is where you go to make reservations and attach your card for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALL employees are Pet CPR and First Aid trained.
