Brandon was the tech who came to assess my hvac situation. He was clear in his communication and very professional. I appreciated that I was texted when he was en route. He went above and beyond with his svc and even did some touch ups of the vent that has some rust from the condensation of one of the AC grills. I knew I needed to get regular maintenance on my hvac system so based on his service and professionalism I signed up to get regular maintenance. The air filters were replaced promptly and all service was done without any business interruption! Thank you Titan and Brandon!
