The entire process ran smoothly; from their response all the way to the end. Norvel was my technician and he arrived promptly, very personable and listened to my request. Allan was great. I needed the batteries in my thermostat control to be replaced because I couldn't figure out how to do it. It took a minute and I was charged $75 for the time it took to get to my house. Allan also showed me how to do it myself. Very reasonable price. Thank you.

From the initial request, to thanking the rep for coming out, my experience with this company has been like no other. The company responded to my request via email in no time followed by continued contact along the way including verification of appointment, providing the name and photo of rep., notification of when rep was heading to us and an ETA, and finally a follow-up request for feedback. The rep was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I was impressed that when he appeared unsure about an issue he phoned for assistance rather than trying to bluster his was through it. While we were ultimately unable to get the issue resolved I would not hesitate to phone them again for another issue. Great service.
