When a simple 30-minute dryer duct cleaning project became complicated, AARD Pro Norvel S. spent three hours and made two trips to Home Depot to solve the problems... all for the originally quoted price for cleaning. We could not have been more pleased with his diligence or the way the job was handled.

I’m not sure about how their prices compare because I only received a quote from them, but they were great at cleaning the vents. They cover all the furniture, their shoes and they wash their hands to make sure to not leave hand prints on the walls. They took care to cut the paint around my vents to remove them and the two guys that came out were very nice. I will use them again in the future.

AARD responded promptly to my request for services and had an appointment available early the next morning. Technician Anthony arrived on time and cleaned out our dryer duct quickly and professionally. Anthony was also very nice to our dogs. Our dryer is working great now. It was the closet thing to snapping my fingers and having our dryer working again like magic! We will definitely use AARD again for all duct services!
