Misa and his sons run a family business. They're conscientious, very thorough and lovely people. The plumber that originally did the job (poorly to my unfortunate experience) didn't return my call, until after it was fixed. Prime Plumbing & Rooter cares and I'm grateful. Call them.

The work is very commendable and highly recommended who is looking at any plumbing work. They have changed my water heater , water softener system and lately I have them installed a laundry sink. Very professional and clean. Work is guaranteed and reliable.

Now that I’ve found a friendly family business with fair and honest prices. No need to call anyone else. I really appreciate that they clean up before they leave for the day. They’ve worked on my home waterlines, drain lines, and gas lines. If you want to do some of the work to save a little money, they’ll work with you. Very satisfied with their work. I always recommend them to family, friends and everyone that needs a plumber.

Prime Plumbing and Rooter has been taking care of my plumbing needs for over five years. First, they did a camera scope throughout my house and identified the sewer problem. From there they cleaned the pipes and determined that I would be better off with 2 separate systems which they installed the sewer line in the problem area.
Next, I had a potable water issue. Part of it had to do with my very old plumbing and the other problem was the poor water quality coming from the city. To remedy this they installed a Halo Water System that requires no additives and the water that goes through it comes out as clean as bottled water. From there it get distributed through all my new plumbing. As a result, I don’t have to buy bottled water and I don’t have any deposits left behind from regular water.
Next, I had a bad flood from a rainstorm. I called the fire department but they were unsuccessful in getting out the water. They suggested I hire a specialist to get the water pumped out. Needless to say, I called Prime Plumbing and Rooter who were on route to a job and stopped by with a powerful sump pump. At the end of the day, all the water was gone. Being that we were in an El Nino year, I asked him to install a permanent sump pump so I wouldn’t have to worry every time it rained. I am proud to say that my property is flood proof now.
I feel so lucky to have met these plumbers years ago. I don’t worry because I know I have immediate support when a plumbing issue arises.
I have recommended them to family and friends who had the same professional and effective service that I have had. Besides these plumbing issues I have called them out for other plumbing issues.
