Introduction: Hello my name is Dennis Scanlan Certified on the following • HP COMPUTERS LAPTOPS / ALLN ONES /DESKTOPS, LASER PRINTERS • DELL COMPUTERS , DESKTOPS , ALLN ONES / LASER PRINTERS * HP LASER PRINTERS/ PLOTTERS * DELL LASER PRINTERS I need the model and serial numbers so I can look up the error codes and then give you an estimate For most models I have service manuals I fix malware Problems that is let in let in by google infects your computer and causes many issues On printers from paper jams to major components Note: (printers can get malware too ) I give a 30 day copy of anti -malware software I will show you how to run it Windows OS 7,8,10,11 I don't close the call until the customer is satisfied that the problem is fixed I take great pride in my work and i pay attention to details i keep up with the latest technology and service manuals. I enjoy working with people and fixing the problems they have each one is different and i take my time and get things done right and to the satisfied end user and i don’t take a whole lot of time. If the units need cleaning i can perform that as well. Example! I went out to a laptop repair and the user informed me that another tech was there and spent 4 hours and was on the phone and on his laptop and at the end of the 4 hours he told the user he could not fix it. So i show up and the system board was there and i started replacing it and 15 minutes it was apart and 20 minutes later the board was in and i gave the pc to the user and had her try it and see if everything is working and it was . she was so amazed i did not use the phone or open my laptop. she was very thank full that i did not take up anymore of her busy time. Past projects i was with world wide tech services repairing dell laptops and all n ones

Dennis arrived promptly at his appointment time. Very professional in every way. Paper was jamming and I was unable to print. Dennis found the problem and told us he would order the replacement part. He was able to get our printer to work, but part would still have to be replaced. He will return next week to install part and do a complete cleaning of our printer. Irene West Covina

Dennis installed 2 boards (video and wirless LAN adaptor. He also checked my PC for malware that was not found using Norton. He found hundreds of spyware/malware which were deleted. It has only been one day since he was here so it is too early to know whether he fixed my crashing/freezing problems in Windows 10.

I explained to him what I thought was wrong with my printer and he said he will be there 2 the next day. Didn’t explain if he think he can fix it or what! Then he go to my house like around 3:15 pm after I message him several time to reschedule, when he got here he was questioning me about the printer ribbons how to set them right away I was like u a printer guy shouldn’t u know that well he continue messing with the printer then he said the problem was the power source so I was like no way ,when u come in here it was on so he start messing with it again and he finally put it bk on and he was like it’s the printer motor I was like no way the motor is running because u can hear it when u turn on the printer . He still proceeds to scribble on a paper and be like ur charge is sixty dollars I was like no way I am paying u sixty dollars for a wrong diagnosis and a matter of fact u don’t even know what’s wrong with d printer because u was saying the power was bad at first obviously u don’t know what u was doing anyways I didn’t pay he got mad and I don’t care ... but it was a bad experience!

I was there for 2 hrs and i she was there for there site . The when i was arrived then to the printer was not working and the printer was loose for cover and parts and and wires were loose and so i tried to help and put the wires back and then it booted up and i then wrote invoice for it and informed her that it took all most 3hrs total but i did not charge her for diagnostics so i chared her for 2 hrs and gave her a break and i explained to her the it was diagnoctics and it takes time. She responed based on commumication she thought i sas going to fix it and it would be working . THERE IS NO WAY TO PERFORM DIAGS BEFORE GOING AND I CHARGED HER IN THE BEGINING 45 PER HOUR AND CHARGED HER 45 AND I GAVE HER A BREAK. DIAGNOSTICS IS NOT FREE AND I NEVER STATED THAT EVER I FAIR AND HONEST AND SO I JUST ASKED HER YOUR NOT GOING TO PAY AND HER RESPONSE WAS YOU DID NOT FIX IT SO SHE WAS NOT GOING TO PAY SO I LEFT VERY PROMPTLY . I WISH PEOPLE UNDERTAND THAT WHEN PEOPLE COME THERE IS NO TRAVE CHARGE BUT ONSITE TIME IS BILLABLE NOTE:I TOLD HER I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY AT THE BEGINING. BUT I AM NOT THAT TYPE OF PERSON I TRY TO HELP PEOPLE TO THE BEST THAT CAN I LOST MONEY ON THIS ONE AND I DID NOT EVEN GET THE LEAD COVERED. I WANT THUMBTACK TO REVERSE THE LEAD I WAS CHARGED
