Had a great experience with this company from the initial meeting to the final inspection and payment. Lior (construction manager) and Ray (owner) both met with us and spent time to ensure we knew what to expect, what our responsibilities were ( ie: choosing flooring, vanity, paint, accessories, mirrors, baseboards etc), what the payment schedule was and what each payment included. It was clear what any additional costs were and that we were responsible for it (ie: our choice of flooring etc)They secured an isolation region for my husband and I to live downstairs during the entire time. This really minimized dust hazards! The job included removal and demolition of an entire upstairs flooring (master bath and bedroom, guest bedroom and bath, large loft, expanding master shower and removal of tub, stair updating and painting rails). Demo was done in one day! Great cleanup job. Things progressed rapidly with Lior coordinating each team of workers to perform the jobs in order. This included inspections and mold remediation. The workers moved furniture out of their way as they installed flooring, baseboard and paint and then putting it back. We just packed up and moved smaller items out of the way in boxes. The entire process from demo to completion was just under 10 weeks. This was much faster than the 6 months my kitchen took.My husband and I can't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend hiring them to do home improvements.

We are in our seventies, and after many years of talking about it, we finally decided to build an ADU on our daughters property so we could be closer to family. We were a little nervous about taking on a construction project at our age, but working with Ray turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. From the very beginning, Ray was patient, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step in terms we could understand, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. He truly listened to what we wanted and then went above and beyond to create a home that far exceeded anything we imagined. Our ADU is absolutely beautiful. Ray thought through every detail, big and small. The layout is spacious and comfortable, and the workmanship is outstanding. He also designed everything with ADA accessibility in mind wider doorways, gentle transitions, bathroom features, and smart choices that will make aging in place easier. He planned ahead for needs we didnt even know wed have one day, and were so grateful for that foresight. He also kept the charm and warmth we wanted. It feels like a real home, not something added on. We get compliments from everyone who visits.Rays crew was respectful, polite, and hardworking. They kept the job site clean and always greeted us with a smile. Its rare these days to find a company that takes such pride in their work and treats homeowners with this level of care.We wake up every morning feeling thankful for this beautiful space. Its truly the home of our dreams, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and someone who genuinely cares about the families hes building for.

We had an amazing experience working with Ray and his team! Our backyard was in serious need of help our pool was very old with cracks, worn plaster, and outdated tile, and the surrounding concrete had seen much better days. Ray helped us completely transform everything into the backyard of our dreams. The project included replastering the entire pool, replacing the coping and tile, repairing and redoing the cracked concrete, and installing new turf. The final result is absolutely stunning. Our pool looks brand new and the whole backyard feels like a completely different space. From start to finish, Ray was professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. His pricing was very competitive and reasonable, and he was always transparent throughout the process. His crew was just as impressive friendly, respectful, hardworking, and very efficient. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept the job site surprisingly clean during the entire project. What really stood out to us was the quality of the work and attention to detail. Every part of the project was done carefully and professionally, and it shows in the final result. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out and truly love spending time in our new backyard. If youre looking for someone reliable who delivers beautiful results, we HIGHLY recommend Ray and his team!!
