- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I identified my food allergies myself and was left with no support or guidance. Having always been comfortable in the kitchen, it didn't scare me too much (except the one time I was in Whole Foods crying because I couldn't eat another raw almond). But, once I got going, people started noticing and asking for tips, recipes and coaching.
