- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first have a conversation over the phone to discuss project ideas and the client's timeframe. From there I like to see some photos of the existing project as it is along with inspirations photos if possible. Then I like to visit the location with the client to take measurements and further discuss the vision of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed contractor in California and have been working exclusively in the interior stair handrails and tread industry for over 30 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this trade as a young 21-year-old apprentice looking to learn a trade. 30 plus years later, I still enjoy the trade and it’s craftsmanship
