I rarely write reviews and it takes a vendor to completely fail or do an amazing job. I seriously wouldn’t consider any other company. Nick the owner is awesome. David ran the project and was highly professional and competent. They painted one of my 4/plexes in Menlo Park and the attention to detail was impressive. I’ve hired them to repair the private deck and even to install bathroom exhaust fans in 2 units. Nick even recommended someone for my home HVAC to install a new heat pump system. I can’t heap enough praise on Nick and his team.

It can be hard to find a good contractor. Not only is the Jericho Project crew did a great job. All the cracks and broken trim -- fixed. They arrived on time, did their painting magic, and left the site tidy. I'd call on them again in a heartbeat!

We used Thumbtack to find a contractor who could add and modify railings on exterior stairs to fulfill our homeowner's insurance policy requirements. This is a relatively simply job. We got about 5 good responses from Thumbtack. Many of the contractors had high minimum project costs. Many contractors don't want to take a small job like this. Jericho did not have a minimum requirement and was happy to do the job. Jericho provided the best quote for the work. We had really good daily communication as we converged on a project start date. On the start date, a team of 3 people were on-site, and they completed the bulk of the work in 2 consecutive days. The third consecutive day they did extra touch up on the staining and a few extra details. Final cost was very close to the initial quote, and still lower than other contractor's quotes. This job included both brand new rails, and modifying existing rail. All rails looked identical at the end. Thanks to Jericho for the great work, and Thumbtack for connecting us with them. Highly recommended.

The folks at the office were prompt, patient with all my questions and the bid was competitively priced with no upselling or additional costs …even though they went over and above with one piece of the job that turned out to be more labor intensive than expected. The crew communicated well, left everything neat and clean each day and did great work using premium quality product. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My house was in need of an exterior paint job. After speaking with four different people I found through this site, I settled on Jericho Project. Besides being the most "easy going" during initial communication, and willing to come out and look at the project, they made a great offer (50% - yep!, HALF, of the highest offer!)
The project took 5 days. During that time a team of six workers showed up daily at a reasonable time in the morning, worked till late afternoon, then left the environment clean overnight. Their professionalism showed both in the qualify of their work and the attention to details. I had a window with rotted out exterior molding. They went out of their way to match the existing molding. During the project, communications was easy and effective.
In summary, these guys are great. I will definitely keep their contact info and, when a project comes up, call on them first.
