The guys are Jericho are top notch. We originally hired them to just paint our house and wound up having them install large new windows in the front of the house and also build a deck in our backyard. I’m very happy with the quality of work on all three projects, the guys were very respectful, consistently on time and cleaned up well before they left everyday. I will definitely be hiring them again for any housing projects in the future.

We just purchased our first home and it needed a little TLC before we moved in. We got quotes from 3 different contractors and the Jericho team had the most reasonable quote as well as the manpower to get things done quickly! They showed up every day on time and got to work! We hired them for exterior and interior painting as well as some minor contracting work (new pantry, light installations, minor roof and window work). Along the way they had great suggestions based on their experience. We were super pleased with the results and we have a couple more home reno projects that we will work with them on in 2021!

Before they painted our house very professionally, they fixed the termite damage by replacing most damaged parts instead of repairing them with filler. They very thoughtfully protected our stuff from getting dirty when they were working, and organized and cleaned up every evening before they left. Our house is 56 years old, but now it looks like a brand new house! We could not thank them enough for doing such a beautiful job, and at such a reasonable PRICE!

A back fence, 3 custom gates (2 with security locks installed), outside wood staircase, and unexpected dry rot in siding and window frame were all replaced and installed by Jericho Construction. They have a large crew and they were able to accommodate 2 unexpected change orders to complete their work within 3 days. This time frame does not include sealing the fence or painting the stairs which I had opted out. They did leave the staircase and siding primed and ready for final painting. With my permission, they trimmed and nicely pruned back tree branches that were growing too close to the fence. When the project was completed, it looked like a brand new space. The crew who arrived worked cohesively together and I could sense their pride in their work and appreciated their work ethic. My brother even noticed the small custom details they put on the gates and how they built the back fence so that the integrity of the fence would last longer over time. They listened to my concerns and patiently answered my questions. They helped me work with the neighbors to prevent any discord or disagreements. They met the standards I expected and more.
