- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would setup a meeting over the phone or in person to review exactly what my customer is looking for, supplies, drink menu and most importantly how I can exceed expectations. This gives me the opportunity to get to know my client and prepare for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at a high-volume, high-paced neighborhood bar. The last couple of years I have decided to go independent and create my own schedule by providing my services on a more personal level with private parties and creating long term relationships/clientele.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked closely with a private chef/sommelier. Types of events I have worked: Halloween parties, Quinceañera, Birthdays, Funerals, private in-home dinner parties, corporate Holiday parties, private in-home Grammy viewing parties and outside events such as microbrews/festivals.
