What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to give an answer about the cost of the service. Each job requires a different amount of time and may have a number of hidden problems that are directly related to the underlying task. Before starting work, I always discuss the problem with the client and make a rough estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This process consists of getting to know each other, finding out the problem the client wants to solve, gathering additional information about what the client uses the equipment and devices for, negotiating price, and scheduling the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering as well as a software developer, which gives me the ability to easily and quickly find solutions to your problems.
