The water dispenser on my refrigerator was not working and water was leaking from the hoses to the filter.I called Pro-Fix at 10:36 AM, Bob, the technician arrived at 2:22 PM and the work was completed by 3 :46 PM.SAME DAY SERVICE!!!Bob was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant.Bob assessed the issues and advised you right on the spot what the problems were and the costs. You knew what to expect - no surprises.It was then up to you if you wanted to spend the money to repair what was wrong.And???? Bob was neat - put on booties while in the house. I felt bad because Bob went in and out of the house several times and had to removed then put the booties back on.After Bob was done, he vacuumed and cleaned up the work area...I would highly recommend Bob and Pro-Fix - did a great job and in the same day!!!!Thank you, Bob.
