I reached out to Shade Service for help changing the batteries on a motorized shade that is nearly 20 feet high. Oscar responded quickly and said they'd be able to do it. We were able to set up the appointment the next day, and Batka was courteous and quick with the swap. We now have a working shade again and I am so pleased! I will definitely reach out to Shade Service again should we need any more help with this or other shades we have.

Hired Shade Service to install a ceiling curtain track and curtains that I purchased elsewhere. They were meticulous during the installation, respectful of my space (wore booties and vacuumed), and quick (in and out in 30 minutes, scheduled for next day). A project that would've taken me a couple hours and a headache was handled with professionalism and care. I love that they are specialized in this type of work and their rate was more reasonable than many handyman people in the area. They are also easily reachable by phone and messaging. No complaints!
