Very little information about the driver. He was a dentist in his country, and in San Francisco as a Limousine driver for 17 years and in the last 3 years he also drive for UBER. Off course, there are no driver in the Bay Area that can say that he knows the location of all the wineries in the Bay Area and the surrounding counties. Although this driver belongs to the older generation of driver who could memorize most of the locations that he visited before. But nowadays, and with the help of the GPS, there is nothing called that the driver didn't know directions or locations. In the same way the driver found the customer address, he could find any address in America. Also, in the wine country, there are sings at every single intersection showing the name of the wineries and pointing to the direction. In spite of that, and to be sure that we will offer the best service, we asked Mr. Nathan several time to prepare a list of wineries he like to visit, because we also need to know the spelling of the name of the wineries. He never did that. The driver took them to six wineries, but he missed one of them "Pedroncelli Winery" only because Mr. Nathan was agry and rushed the driver to move to this winery very quickly because he lost time when visiting a prevous winery that he didn't like. Also, he misspelled the name of this winery and when the driver asked him: So we need to go backward - North -, Mr. Nathan agreed. Unfortunately, the winery was South. Mr. Nathan choose our service because we offered the cheapest price. If he was interested in a new limousine, then he should return to all the limousine services who responded to his inquiry and ask them about the model, the make and the age of the vehicle before he made a decision. We have pictures of the vehicle here in the account, and also he should know that from the price that we offered. as you say : he got what he paid for. All the limousine businesses ask for $680.00 as a gross total for the service we did to him, but we charge him only the basic = $530.00 with $150.00 discount. And We told Mr. Nathan that the gratuity is optional and accourding to the driver performance. The driver told Mr. Nathan when he dropped them at the first winery that He should leave the area at the end at 03:00 PM to be on time in San Francisco at 05:00PM. They left at 03:40 PM. so there was extra half an hour. The driver told me that : if Mr. Nathan appreciated him , he'll never ask for the extra time. But Mr. Nathan didn't appreciate the driver after spending 8 hours with them, so the driver asked for the extra time. This was the reason for this review.
