- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 4-class package at a slightly discounted rate. - The package is prepaid in advance - All classes to be used within one month only - No carryovers or rollovers for any of the unused classes - If you need to re-schedule your class, a one-time make-up class is allowed within the same month and will depend on my availability, which is not guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we start working together, we will have a brief call so I can learn about your goals and current health conditions if any, and to see if we are a good fit for each other. We might also do a quick FaceTime. Once we agree on the time a date, I send you my payment information to pre-pay for the class. Once the payment is received, I then block off my calendar for your class. I will also email you my Cancellation and Refund Policy for you to read and understand how I run my business.
