Introduction: I am a 200-hrs certified Vinyasa Hatha Yoga teacher, I am practicing yoga since 2007, and teaching since 2010. My classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners, from complete beginners to advanced students. You do not need to be flexible or have any prior experience in yoga at all. I will guide you from the basics of correct poses alignment to more advanced practices if you wish. I help my clients reach their health, fitness, and overall health and wellness goals with custom-tailored classes. During our class time, we can focus on building strength and stamina, gentle yoga stretches, reducing stress and anxiety, or learning more about breathing techniques, and/or meditation. I also teach kids yoga, chair yoga, yoga for seniors, and corporate wellness yoga. I am looking forward to sharing the amazing benefits of yoga with you! REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds for Cancelling a class: - $40 flat fee is due if class canceled with less than 7-day notice (my calendar fills up a minimum a week in advance, and when you cancel a class, I might not be able to fulfill the time slot any longer) - 50% refund if cancelled 72-hrs - No refunds if cancelled 48 hrs and less - No refunds for any classes that were taught Rescheduling: I offer a make up class within 10-day period of the cancelled class. Please note, a make up class will depended on my availability, which is not guaranteed. If you already had the following week class schedule, a make-up class does NOT rollover to the following session and NOT to be used instead of the next week’s class.
