Scott, from The Installers, is absolutely the best! He and his crew did an awesome job installing my Yardistry 12x16 Gazebo. After posting on Thumbtack he responded quickly to address my needs. Stop searching and just hire Scott! You will not be disappointed. You’ll be absolutely amazed at his quality of work. His pricing is very competitive (there’s a reason why he has clients all the way in Nevada). His availability is great. He sticks to his word. He told me he’ll be at my front door at 6am both days (keep in mind, he lives 2 hours away from me), and he was there at 6am sharp both days, and worked til sunset (1 of the days, 5 hours past sunset). That alone told me he cares a lot of about his work. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience on gazebo installations. Scott had told me it would take 2 days to finish both my 12x20 gazebo and 12x24 gazebo. He didn’t leave the 2nd day until it was finished (5 hours past sunset). Not once did he ask for a price increase, nor complain that it was taking longer than expected. His attitude was amazing. After finishing, Scott brought to my attention there was an issue with the gazebo not being straight due to a piece of wood being warped out of the package (I don’t know many people that would be honest enough to do this). He said he will come another day and fix the issue once Yardistry sends the new part. (I’ve been in this position before, and people don’t ever come back). I trusted Scott, so I paid him in full for his 2 days of hard work, with the Gazebo still needing some fixing. 1 week later, I reached out to Scott once Yardistry sent the replacement parts, and he showed up the next day at 7am in 30 degree weather, and worked an extra 6 hours to fix the 1 issue that the gazebo was having (after already being paid in full). Keep in mind, it was not a structure issue, it was just simply cosmetic issue, but it was bothering Scott tremendously. This clearly shows he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he cares…a lot. You will not find a worker like Scott…his professionalism, work ethic, communication, punctuality, quality of work, are unremarkable. Just hire Scott. Trust me.
