- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices of fair and more than reasonable for a litigation attorney with more than 23 years of litigation experience. My office handles a variety of personal injury and plaintiff employment claims on contingency fee basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to get to know my client and his or her mind set. I will then learn about their business or their case and finally i will explore with the client as what are his or her objectives and the motives behind those objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my law degree in 1994 and have work in the legal field since then.
