We are a flat rate company. Prices are based off a national average per job cost. We give free estimates for local areas
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is always diagnose the issue. Sometimes it’s in plain sight sometimes it hidden. The most important thing as that it’s diagnosed correctly the first time. Then the option for repair is given with multiple options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done hours of courses certifying myself in different aspects of plumbing and material handling. I’ve been in the industry for almost 20 years.
