Introduction: Most people who head to small claims think they know what they are doing and what needs to be done â they don't. Most lawyers know nothing about small claims. This leaves you, the client, alone, to face the task of figuring out how best to win your case.
If your case is going to an appeal (or trial de novo), you can have an attorney represent you in court.
I provide all of these services and more, usually for a flat fee and no hidden costs.
I have seven (7) years dealing exclusively with small claims court. I was an attorney-advisor to the Superior Court, Small Claims Division. There are few â if any â other attorneys that know as much as I do about small claims, the laws applicable, the procedures, and the case experience that I do.
I have been very successful in court because I know what to do and what to say. I have defeated other lawyers in court. I cannot promise the same results for you, but most of my clients have testified (available upon request) that they felt they performed better than expected when I was there to help them.
