- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only did I go to bartender college but, I am constantly studying up new drinks, new preparation techniques and variations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to open a restaurant / bar. I love to serve people and entertain.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you hire someone that takes the time to study the craft. Don't just hire someone who calls themselves a bartender, that has maybe worked as a bartender but was never trained properly. Chances are maybe, that is why they are struggling for work.
