I wanted to click all of the descriptions, because honestly, Kayla ticks all those boxes! She is so helpful and understanding. She helps take a lot of that stress off of my shoulders and will do the same for you! Nothing goes unchecked with her! I sincerely thank her for all the wonderfully hard work she puts in to it all! When you're stuck and can't think of great decor/floral/etc ideas, she's eager to help in every way!

I was skeptical at first about using a virtual wedding planner but I’m so glad I did! Kayla was so sweet and was constantly sending check in messages, she sent us a calendar of everything that needed to happen and helped us stick to them by reminding us of what needed to happen, and helped schedule tours and appointments! It really was everything we needed. She had so many resources for us to choose from which made it less stressful, and I was happy to choose from her recommendations. I can’t believe we got to plan our dream wedding, and it was so easy and affordable!!!

Kayla did an amazing job planning our wedding! She was attentitive every step of the way. She was constantly sending us new resources, and gave us recommendations for venues and the rentals that we used. She helped me schedule my dress and hair appointments. The calendar she sent me was SO helpful, I knew exactly what needed to happen every week which made it so much less stressful. We finally got to have FUN planning our wedding! On top of that it was so affordable. She helped us make our invites, and we actually stuck to our budget which I didn’t think was possible. Absolutely LOVED our day of wedding binder that she sent for us to print out, it had timelines, for each of us, and told me exactly what I needed to have for our wedding day. She even had scripts which we just gave to our brother in law who spoke during the reception and kept things in time. A huge value, we paid a fraction of the cost compared to our friends who paid for a highly known wedding planner that was way less personalized and responsive.

I charge affordable fees, well below my competitors. Reach out to get your quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I send an intake form, after that I send planning materials that will help keep everything we plan together organized. Based on their intake I create their personal calendar of when they should plan to have certain items done each month. Each week they receive check ins and resources for the items they are planning!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always planned every event for my friends and family, and realized I love making digital printable products. I love helping and taking weight off of others shoulders but I also love using my creativity to make what seems impossible, possible. I love using my skills to find solutions, finding someone’s dream photography style that fits what they are able to pay, providing affordable catering options, finding that church venue that isn’t listed on the typical wedding websites, making my own invites and graphics that is EXACTLY what someone wants. Instead of fitting the molds already in place, I like making new ones.
