All League Defense Basketball Training

I have loved the sport of basketball since my youth. I have kept it as a constant force in my life. I have achieved some levels of success at various levels of my basketball journey. I’ve played in YMCA leagues, Japanese leagues, junior high school, high school, and semi-professional with the American Basketball Association. I even have played a match internationally with a sports mission team against the Singapore National Team.
