Highly recommend Ali and his team at Majestic heating. They were the only ones to propose a dual fuel solution that enabled me to install a heat pump condenser while keeping my existing Gas furnace as backup, and flexibly switch between them. They’re easy to work with, understand the technology in-depth, are very professional, punctual, responsive and also kindly accommodated our strict cleanliness requirements. Excellent job.

Ali was fantastic to work with—super responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I reached out for help with the airflow from the heat pump system in my new condo. The guest bathroom and guest bedroom were getting way too much air, while the kitchen and primary bedroom weren’t getting enough.
To address the issue, Ali added refrigerant to the compressor, performed a condenser coil cleaning, installed an AC hard start kit, and set up my new Nest Learning Thermostat. We also closed the vent in the guest bedroom, where airflow was extremely strong—even closed, you could still feel it. Redirecting airflow this way should help balance things out across the condo.
Ali was thorough and explained everything clearly. He assured me that if any new issues come up, he’ll be happy to return and take another look. I highly recommend Ali and Majestic Heating & AC—they truly go above and beyond!

Majestic Heating and air conditioning did an awesome job. He fixed it like it was supposed to be when it was new. Found out it was only running on high speed the whole time. 20 years running on high speed. Now it’s so quiet. I barely know it’s on. Thank you for your service and we will use you again in the future if needed
