Ali was the hvac expert who came home. He was very honest and gave the most reasonable price. I spoke to atleast 7 such specialists, including Costco tie-up A+ HVAC, some fancy companies like Trio.
All of them were trying to sell a new AC. Only Costco guy was honest and said my system is new at 5 years old and not worth replacing.
But majestic and the contractor who remodeled my home are the only people who gave quote to repair my existing AC.
Majestic quote was very competitive and Ali was very honest, patient and explained the issue well too.
He was busy with other big projects but he still made time to come home on a Saturday and he fixed the leak in my coil in 3 hours.
He also gave me info to claim warranty and replace parts and a part of his fee will cover the labour charge to replace the coil too.
Would definitely recommend them! He will honestly tell you if it can be fixed and give you a very competitive quote for cash price!
