The entire process of having the garbage disposal was seamless. This is the first time using the app and was a little uneasy because I was not at the location of the repair. I put a request out there around 630am and he responded within 15 minutes. He communicated with me every step of the way. The process of replacing the garbage disposal was documented with photos and sent to me along the way. The tenant is happy and so am I! I assure you I will not hold back reaching out to Rockin Plumbing in the future if needed! Thank you Josh!

A plumbing issue that could of easily been a bigger issue and taken much longer to address was taken care of thanks to Joshua. I messaged him the Saturday evening before Easter and he was willing to come out that same night. We ended up scheduling for the next morning and he was able to fix the issue. Really appreciate him coming out during a holiday and on a Sunday. Great work! Will be reaching out for any future plumbing work.

Joshua came today to fix my Takagi tankless water heater that was not producing hot water. After working through several diagnostic tests as well as cleaning some of the interior parts, my 22 year old tankless came back to life. Joshua was quick to respond to my request on Thumbtack and breathed new life into my water heater and for a reasonable service call price. Many thanks Joshua!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate I do not charge by the hour , whether it takes me 2 hours or 6 hours to finish a job the rate stays the same if it takes longer then expected I will not charge extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask as many questions as I can , so I apologize ahead of time if I ask so many , I am more than happy to give prices over the phone but also keep in mind I am not there so I will need to know as much as I can before giving an estimate, we also provide contactless invoices through email and sms text message with full description of job and also photos and warranties included if warranties can apply .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did obtain my high-school diploma and I also became a certified plumber for a big chain company that I cannot mention on this platform but will tell you in person if asked !
