Rocking Plumbing was great to work with. They came out the same day and arrived within two hours of me reaching out. Joshua and his wife worked together to fix a shower issue I had been dealing with for weeks. They got everything working again and even cleaned the shower afterward, which I really appreciated. Friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

A plumbing issue that could of easily been a bigger issue and taken much longer to address was taken care of thanks to Joshua. I messaged him the Saturday evening before Easter and he was willing to come out that same night. We ended up scheduling for the next morning and he was able to fix the issue. Really appreciate him coming out during a holiday and on a Sunday. Great work! Will be reaching out for any future plumbing work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate I do not charge by the hour , whether it takes me 2 hours or 6 hours to finish a job the rate stays the same if it takes longer then expected I will not charge extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask as many questions as I can , so I apologize ahead of time if I ask so many , I am more than happy to give prices over the phone but also keep in mind I am not there so I will need to know as much as I can before giving an estimate, we also provide contactless invoices through email and sms text message with full description of job and also photos and warranties included if warranties can apply .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did obtain my high-school diploma and I also became a certified plumber for a big chain company that I cannot mention on this platform but will tell you in person if asked !
