We employed the Same-day Rockin Plumbing team to address an issue with one of our toilets. Joshua and Elizabeth are a husband and wife team. I contacted Joshua and based on the summary I provided, he provided me with and over-the-phone estimate, which I have not always found easy to get from other service professionals in the past.
When they arrived, they confirmed the problem and gave me the various options for dealing with the issue. After making my decision, they got to work and efficiently completed the job. They were professional and polite, while still being friendly.
I would definitely recommend Same-day Rockin Plumbing to others and will use them whenever possible for future plumbing issues.

I'd actually like to select all five items because Josh was also punctual and very responsive. My sink faucet was dripping and he took it apart so he could replace the part that was causing the drip. When he brought the new part back and tried to install it, he realized the new part wouldn't work because it was lacking something that would enable it to latch on. He recommended my only other option was to replace the whole fixture, and since I have two in the bathroom I had to replace both of them. I agreed with him, he showed me options to choose from, I chose one and he had to go to two Home Depots to get two sets because the first Home Depot only had one. He and his wife installed the new fixtures, and then he noticed that the water wasn't draining completely, so he had to go down 25 ft. of pipe to get to the problem. But he did it, they both work perfectly now, and I'm very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Rockin' Plumbing and intend to use them again in the future if the need arises.

A plumbing issue that could of easily been a bigger issue and taken much longer to address was taken care of thanks to Joshua. I messaged him the Saturday evening before Easter and he was willing to come out that same night. We ended up scheduling for the next morning and he was able to fix the issue. Really appreciate him coming out during a holiday and on a Sunday. Great work! Will be reaching out for any future plumbing work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate I do not charge by the hour , whether it takes me 2 hours or 6 hours to finish a job the rate stays the same if it takes longer then expected I will not charge extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask as many questions as I can , so I apologize ahead of time if I ask so many , I am more than happy to give prices over the phone but also keep in mind I am not there so I will need to know as much as I can before giving an estimate, we also provide contactless invoices through email and sms text message with full description of job and also photos and warranties included if warranties can apply .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did obtain my high-school diploma and I also became a certified plumber for a big chain company that I cannot mention on this platform but will tell you in person if asked !
