Randy is the best. I hired him to appraise my home before hiring a Relator to sell it. I needed someone unbiased to determine the value based on industry standards and not a Relator’s opinion who may inflate the price to get the listing. He was very detail orientated and throughly researched the comps in my area will little sales activity. I will definitely call him again for other apprasial needs.
