By far the worse service I've ever had! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
This guy did my carpets a few days ago. First he showed up late. I never saw him use a deodorizer which I asked him to. He rushed through the whole thing. Only 15 minutes for my whole house. He then said it would be $100 when we already agreed for $60. He's a liar and completely unprofessional!!
Plus it didn't take two hours for the carpet to dry like he said. IT TOOK 2 DAYS FOR IT TO DRY! Now my house stinks like moldy wet carpet. It also has a rusty film color to the top of it. Stains are coming up after only two days. I had light grey carpets, now their a rusty brown color.
I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER CARPET COMPANY TO FIX THE DAMAGE THAT HE DID. They told me that he (Eric) ruined my carpets. Which makes me upset because my carpets were new. Less then a year old.
THIS GUY IS A FRAUD!

N your name and address. And descriptions of the guy that showed up to your house? This will confirm some thoughts I've been having of them using our names. Well I called for service to clean my carpet they were very promt efficient and clean my husband is very hard to impress and even he loved the job they did they were fast very polite and I would recommend them to everyone and they left my carpet looking beautiful
