We were helped by Ricky. He responds and notifies right away. He was very helpful and did provide us a reasonable quote. Thanks to him our tenants AC is working perfect. Our tenant is located in another building than our office so we constantly have to communicate. We had to have the compressor replaced. He is very professional and would definitely hire him again. Like I said, his communication is on point via thumbtack website, email and text. I did not have to worry about waiting long periods of time or have to reach out to him myself first. I would recommend him to everyone. Service was great!

We had a problem with my HVAC that turned out to be a burned out control panel. Victor was very responsive in coming to check things out and presented us with a few options for repair or total heater replacement. We ultimately went with repair - which came in at the low end of his $600-$1200 estimate, much to my pleasant surprise!
