- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing depend on the city you live in. We also have customers that will meet us at the DMV or at our office. Prices vary by city.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Each student is different and unique so the instructors establish a driving plan once they have met with the driver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our instructors have continuing education 3-4 times a year. Also our certified Instructors have to renew there licenses with the DMV in Sacramento every two years including checking there driving record, background check, Physical, and get fingerprinted.
