Despite all the bad news about my car, from the very beginning he was determined to help us get out of that situation. Bait-and-switch pricing avoidI called this company and was quoted $100 over the phone to open an apartment door. After the technician arrived and opened the door, he suddenly demanded $300, which was never disclosed or agreed to beforehand.Their own website advertises a much lower starting price and a coupon, neither of which were honored. When payment was refused due to the price change, the technician became verbally abusive, yelling and cursing, then left.This was a stressful late-night lockout, and the behavior was completely unprofessional. Be very careful and get written pricing before allowing any work.Update: The situation escalated. The following morning, the same technician returned uninvited to my daughters apartment and knocked aggressively on the door. She did not open the door. He also left calls/voicemails.The technician identified himself as Aleksand Petrov.This behavior goes beyond a billing dispute and feels intimidating, especially since my daughter was alone. After this happened, I reviewed other public Google reviews and found multiple complaints describing similar bait-and-switch pricing, which suggests this is not an isolated incident.Please be extremely cautious. Get written pricing in advance and be aware that this companys conduct raised serious safety concerns for us.Response to Business Thank you for responding.To clarify the record: while no payment was ultimately taken, the technician demanded $300 after service was performed, which was never disclosed or agreed to beforehand. The dispute arose because of this undisclosed price change.Regarding pricing, the concern is not the classification of locks, but that no final price was communicated or approved before work began, which is the core issue. This was communicated clearly at the time of service.More importantly, after the payment dispute, the technician returned uninvited to my daughters apartment the following morning, knocked aggressively on the door, and continued calling her, which raised serious safety concerns. This escalation goes beyond a pricing misunderstanding.I appreciate that you state you will review this internally. Please ensure that technicians understand that returning to a customers residence after a dispute and continuing contact is inappropriate.This review reflects our experience accurately and remains unchanged.

I have also personally spoken with the technician who handled your service. He was instructed to convey our sincere apologies for this situation and for any discomfort you may have experienced.
Please note that different locks require different opening methods. Locks may be classified as low-security, medium-security, or high-security. Externally, many locks look almost identical, and it is not possible to accurately determine the lock type over the phone. The technician can only assess the lock on-site and determine the appropriate method and level of complexity.
We are sorry if the price discussed on-site caused concern. However, please take into account that this was a late-night emergency call, which can affect service conditions.
