This is why, on the screenshot you shared, the timer shows 00:00, indicating that the promotion had already expired. I have also personally spoken with the technician who handled your service. He was instructed to convey our sincere apologies for this situation and for any discomfort you may have experienced. Please note that different locks require different opening methods. Locks may be classified as low-security, medium-security, or high-security. Externally, many locks look almost identical, and it is not possible to accurately determine the lock type over the phone. The technician can only assess the lock on-site and determine the appropriate method and level of complexity. We are sorry if the price discussed on-site caused concern.
