TLS Locksmith Tom responded to my request for service almost immediately, came by to assess the problem, and made the repair. He also was able to provide a number of possibilities for replacement hardware and I definitely plan to call him back to install new locks. SO knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend!

I reached out to TLS looking to replace three deadbolts with smart locks/keypads. TLS responded to my request right away and came to install the next day right after I received the parts. TLS offered a very fair price (below others in the area) and provided additional services at no extra charge (e.g., refitting the deadbolt strike so that the deadbolt doesn’t jam). My experience with many locksmiths is that they overprice their services and exert sales pressure for unneeded services. TLS did neither. If ever necessary, I will use TLS in the future and recommend to neighbors.

I’ve never had such a smooth experience with any hired help. Tom was no BS, got the job done, polite, fair price, and ridiculously patient with the setup of the smart lock. He also fixed a second deadbolt for me. Important for the women… zero creepy vibes.

Tom was very responsive he fix the lock issues right away I'm very happy with his work. I will recommend him to friends and family.
Tom with TLS Locksmith just completed a 2 set install and rekeyed all the locks including a back door to use one key! He was super fast, punctual and responded to my inquiry super fast. He informed me that the new lock set was smaller than the one that was on the door and it would leave a mark where the old lock used to be. While rekeying the back door, he noticed that the bottom lock was not functioning properly. He asked if I wanted to change it out for a very reasonable low cost, of course I said yes. His work is top notch. His pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs a locksmith! AWESOME!
