- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing so you always know exactly what you’re paying. No hourly billing. No hidden fees. Our fee covers the entire process — document preparation, e-filing, spouse service, and case management — from start to finish. Court filing ($435) and e-filing fees ($115) are separate, but we’ll prepare and file your fee waiver at no cost if you qualify. The result: a predictable, stress-free budget for your divorce. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A: We follow a fast, proven 3-Step Roadmap: 1. Open Your Case – Prepare & file Petition/Response (or Joint Petition in 2026) and handle court fee payment or waiver. 2. Financial Disclosures – Complete California’s required disclosures quickly and accurately. 3. Final Judgment Package – File all final documents, manage court approval, and close your case. Everything is done through our secure Customer Portal, giving you privacy, speed, and 24/7 access without office visits or court appearances.
