Alaina from Enlightened Media went out of her way to accommodate my business needs. Due to a mistake I had made, she allowed me to be on time and ready, instead of being late or missing out entirely. The photos I received were what I had asked for and more. I even learned something I wouldn't have known, if not for her diligence and thoroughness. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do 1 hour sessions for $150 - this includes 20 edited photos, 2 looks, and located in the East Lansing area. I send you your photos in a week or less over Google photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get them on a call over the phone to hear their needs. I then schedule a place to meet (must be public unless I feel comfortable with an exception) and send a payment to secure the booking. I often have the client send photos they have in mind and/or I can send them photos I have in mind for them so that they feel prepared and ready.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mentorships, online courses, and mastering adobe Lightroom and photoshop. Lots of travel photography in over 15 countries with my Sony.
