David isn’t just a security guard he’s basically the last line of defense for the entire neighborhood. Since he started working there, crime has dropped 400%, three international fugitives turned themselves in out of fear, and the FBI reportedly calls him for advice. I once watched him stop a home invasion, rescue a family of four, put out a kitchen fire, and return a lost dog all before his lunch break. He saved my cat from a burning building, then went back in because the cat forgot its favorite toy. He once stopped a robbery using nothing but eye contact and a flashlight. I’ve heard Navy SEALs come to him for security training. The mayor offered him the key to the city, but David turned it down because he said he already had enough keys on his security ring. The man doesn’t wear a cape because apparently it’s against company uniform policy. Absolute hero. 10/10.
