I don’t normally write reviews but my experience with DLS warrants I take the time. Both flat and tiled roofs were executed meticulously by the project team and roofers. My house is 100 yrs old and upon tear off there were some additional requirements which were change ordered quickly and at reasonable cost. Because of antique cathedral ceilings they were very careful to insure no damage occurred due to hammering and nail protrusion. DLS is not the cheapest and not the most expensive but they do great work at reasonable rates. My roof is fantastic. So much so my neighbors continue to comment on how great it turned out. If you want it done right and have peace of mind then DLS are your guys.

Spencer from DLS responded to my request for an estimate for a new roof, and was very prompt, thorough, and professional in conducting a site visit. He provided me with a comprehensive estimate and even identified some other opportunities that I wasn’t considering. Ultimately I decided not to move forward with the project for other reasons, but I plan to reach out to them when I am ready and would strongly recommend DLS Development and Spencer in particular.

I called Dan for an estimate and he came out the same day! He brought his own ladder, samples, etc. He was so prepared, and was up on the roof, taking measurements and checking all areas of the roof. Everything, including the license, was included in the estimate. No surprise “extra” charges. He got the license in a few days, they started the work on Wednesday, and finished early on Saturday! The roof looks great! I love it! His team was wonderful, and cleaned up all the mess outside. Our garage is our “family room”, so I was worried that it would be a big mess. They covered everything with tarps and drop cloths, and had cleaning ladies come in to clean the family room when they were done. The professionalism of Dan and his team, along with their punctually and responsiveness was second to none. Whenever I had a question or concern, I would call/text Dan, and he responded immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend DLS Development for any and all construction needs. I will definitely be using DLS for other upcoming projects on my house! Thank you, Dan and staff. Daniel and his crew installed gutters and a new roof on my detached garage. They worked super quick and finished the roof in a single day. I appreciate their attention to detail even spraying the new vents to match the color of the roof. Definitely will hire him again in the future.
