Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We have the most comprehensive rug cleaning system in all of greater Los Angeles. Our professional cleaners soak your rugs in abundant shampoo and water and powerfully whip the fabric to make the texture softer, much like a deep massage from a high-end spa. This can't be done in your home and needs to be done in a facility designed to handle such liquid levels. We use high-end, heavy duty machinery that deodorizes, sanitizes and cleanses the bacteria, soil and grime that has settled deeply in your rug over the course of time. We keep you updated throughout the process with pictures so you can review our work.

They were very communicative and helpful. They worked with me to get my rug cleaned and delivered as quickly as possible. My apartment building flooded and the bottom of my wool shag rug got wet and was starting to smell -- it wasn't visibly damaged at all, I just needed the smell gone. When I got the rug back, the smell was 90% gone. I could only smell it if I literally put my nose up against the fabric. I'm writing this review 30 days later and the rug still looks and smells good. They did a good job.

They were great! Provided online tracking so i could check the status of the rugs. They looked beautiful and I could tell the difference immediately. They looked brand new! Would definitely recommend.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love working with my hands. Whereas my brothers and sisters were very destructive, breaking things, I would always be the one that was fixing stuff up in our house.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be cautious of carpet cleaners. They're not real rug cleaners; they clean rugs on the side and overcharge for an inferior service.
