FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At S.G.P. we offer service that is not only above standard, but is also cost efficient. To do this we regularly measure our prices against our competitors (commensurate to service) and determine our prices using these 6 factors: 1. Type of Service 2. Competitive Pay Rate 3. Complexity of Duties 4. Size of Location 5. Officer Experience Level 6. Area Crime Rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a Free In-Person Consultation The first step is to schedule a free / no-obligation, in-person consultation with an S.G.P. security professional. The consultation takes place at your property, business or facility, and includes a comprehensive security assessment to help you better understand your current security posture and how to mitigate potential risks. Determine the Type of Service and Officer You Want S.G.P. offers a variety products and services, from on-site service and/or mobile patrol, to security concierge and industry specialists. We then match your need, including size, scope and complexity to an officer of a comparable caliber. All S.G.P. officers have current and verifiable credentials or "Guard Cards". All armed officers carry current and verifiable weapons permits as well. Sign Up with S.G.P. and Begin Service S.G.P. wants your experience to be a positive one. That is why we have done away with long-term contracts, and offer a month-to month Service Agreement. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We realize that service excellence includes having the right officer(s) assigned to your business or property. We developed an on-boarding process that helps our on-site officers quickly acclimate to YOUR location. We call it “Zone 6”. During the first two weeks we serve you, your officer will be trained and tested on the expectations specific to your property. We will be contacting you each week to get your feedback and level of satisfaction as well. These 6 areas will determine if the right officer has been assigned to you. If not, the guard will be retrained or replaced. Zone 6 encompasses 6 critical areas: Post Order Compliance Patrol Diligence Report Writing Communication Client Feedback Random Inspections
