Rafael from Aquatic Coast was a top-tier professional experience from start to finish. He responded to my inquiry immediately, came to see the pond at our property later that evening during rush hour traffic, and then serviced it the very next day - all for an incredibly reasonable price! Cherry on top is he was kind, professional and very informative with his extensive knowledge. Our pond is night and day difference from the day prior - I truly can't recommend Aquatic Coast enough!

Cleared my calendar this morning for a NO-SHOW. Not even a call or reply to my message to see if they were still coming. Not only that, they said they charge $50 for a service call, but he upped it to $75. Hire at your own risk.

Rafael at Aquatic Coast did an excellent job on my water feature - explained what they were going to do, did a clean/fast job, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.
