I met with several window companies and was impressed by the knowledge Eric and Buddy had. They clearly know a lot about windows and offer a lot of brands. What was very refreshing is there was no sales pitch and they helped me make the best decision for my window project needs. Their prices were also better. I would highly recommend them.

If you're looking for capable, professional, honest, and ethical window company that provides best pricing and cares about people and their customers, look no further! My mother-in-law referred Eric to me after having obtained 3 other quotes from other companies. Learning of her financial situation, he implored her to wait till he's able to find and pass on any upcoming manufacturer's promo/discounts... despite already being the best priced bid already. They eventually came back and did a great job... with the best quality windows at the best price. I had my own rental property and mother's home's windows replaced by Eric and was very satisfied with the professionalism, accuracy of what was promised vs. what was delivered, timeliness, quality of work, and the best pricing. ⭐️ Not Recommended – Safety, Delays, and Unprofessional Conduct
We hired this contractor to install windows as part of a remodeling project, and the experience was extremely disappointing. One window was installed by mistake in the wrong unit, and another window was significantly delayed, resulting in weeks of postponed deliveries and incomplete installation. The project was not completed as promised, causing ongoing scheduling and inspection issues.
In addition, the windows were installed in a way that did not meet our clearly stated safety requirements. The sill height was installed below 24 inches, creating a serious fall hazard, which is especially concerning as we have a young child in the home. We had repeatedly requested a 42-inch sill height prior to installation.
Communication was also a major issue. When we contacted Erick to address these concerns, he was consistently aggressive and unprofessional, shouting at us and telling us to “shut up” over the phone, and ending conversations without working toward a solution. Despite the mistakes and delays being on their side, we were later asked to pay again through a new quote to correct their own errors.
Between the safety risks, missed deadlines, broken promises, and unacceptable communication, we cannot recommend this contractor.

California Approved Windows's reply
This management company across all platforms did an coordinated attack under numerous alias. They agreed to remove the review after we replaced the window they ordered at no charge for free because they were worried about safety issue and so are we. They gave us an updated 5 star review on Google as well. We care about our customers and our work. They do not know how to remove it and Thumbtack is not responding to them or us.
