What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We must continually keep up on all the new Tax, Accounting and Payroll regulations. Every year we get and study the updated version of "Payroll Source" put out by the American Payroll Association. We also subscribe to CPE programs mandated by State Licensing Authority.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Calculating salaries, wages, bonuses and deductions, for employees which are a crucial part of our client's operations. Also, adding and/or updating employees to the clients time and attendance profiles. Manage full accounting cycle function from Journal to Financial Statement preparation. Prepare taxes. File quarterly and annual payroll tax filings. Prepare W-2 at year end etc. We also do incorporation service for your new company.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a company who does what they say they are going to do. Often times companies fail to live up to their promises, they tend to over promise and under deliver. Also, look for a company who can get things done right, and get things done right the first time. Most people looking for the type of service we provide don't want to hear excuses, they just need their problems solved in a timely manner.
